We want to build a vibrant improv scene in Singapore where everyone, emboldened by the art of improv, connects, creates, and inspires.

Meet the Team

  • Nicole Ng

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

Nicole is an improv and stand-up comedian as well as a Co-Founder of LIT. She firmly believes in the power of humour and its ability to bring out the best in people, just as it has done for her. Practising improv has transformed her from a lost, insecure young adult to the assured, purpose-filled person she is today.

An active member of the improv and stand-up comedy scene, she runs LADYBO$$ Comedy, a show which spotlights women, neurodivergent and queer performers. She also performs regularly as part of Strangers In-Sync, as well as improvised powerpoint presentation show PPT Karaoke.

When she's not working, you'll find Nicole catching the latest show or musical, playing mahjong, eating brunch at cafes, hanging out with her friends, spending time with her partner, or working out at the gym. She's also a cat person, but owns none and has a god-dog named Pafu.

  • Miguel Lee

    PRODUCER

Miguel has been an active member of the Singaporean improv scene since 2017. Over the years, he's helped with coordinating and producing multiple community-wide improv productions , such as Cagematch! SG (2019, 2022), the Singapore Improvathon (2019, 2023) & the Singapore Improv Festival (2022).

When not doing behind-the-scenes work, Miguel also teaches improv classes of varying levels, from introductory tasters to advanced dramatic storytelling. From time to time, he even performs with local improv troupes; his acting credits include Les Musicables (2018-2021), First Draft Shakespeare (2018-2021), & Jalan Rambutan (2019-2021).

Outside of improv, Miguel loves cycling aimlessly around Singapore & playing narrative-driven board games. He also loves cats. Like, seriously, he's sometimes a cat himself.
